This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with Script2Learn's services.
Information we collect
When you contact us through the enquiry form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, your organization, your work email, the kind of deliverable you are asking about, and the description of what you need. That information is used to reply to you and to scope the work, and nothing else.
If an engagement goes ahead, we also collect the materials you send us to work from - documents, recordings, decks, or anything else handed over as source material - along with the basic contact and billing information needed to run the project.
How we use information

- To produce the deliverables covered by a project (courses, decks, knowledge-base articles, assessments, video, and related formats)
- To communicate with you about an active or prospective project
- To bill for completed work
Data storage & security
Source materials you send us are stored on our systems for the duration of a project and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can make revisions, rebuild a deliverable in a new format, or respond to a follow-up request without asking you to resend everything. We apply industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections, access controls limited to the people working on your project, and regular security review. Analytics
We measure how this site is used with Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-focused by design. It sets no cookies, stores no data on your device, assigns you no persistent identifier, and collects no personal information. It records aggregate figures only: page views, which site referred you, approximate country, and device type. None of it can be traced back to an individual, and none of it is sold or shared.
We also count a small number of actions in the aggregate - that a visitor clicked a call-to-action button, and that an enquiry form was submitted or failed to send. These are counts, not records: they do not include anything you typed into the form.
Because no cookies or device storage are involved, this site shows no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.
Third-party services
We use a limited set of third-party providers to operate our business - communication tools, billing, and AI-assisted drafting among them. Where AI tooling is used as part of producing your deliverables, it is used internally as part of our own production process, under our own accounts, not connected to any account or subscription of yours. We do not use your materials to train third-party AI models beyond what is necessary to produce your requested deliverables.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time, consistent with applicable law.
