Security

This page describes how Script2Learn protects the source materials you send us and the deliverables we produce from them. It complements our Privacy Policy, which covers what we collect and how it's used.

Data in transit & at rest

Materials you send us travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Once received, they're stored on access-controlled systems for the duration of your project and a reasonable period afterward, encrypted at rest, so we can handle revisions or format changes without asking you to resend everything.

Infrastructure & access controls

Project materials are stored separately from our public marketing website, which is hosted independently and never receives or stores your source materials or deliverables. Access to project files is limited to the people actually working on your engagement, on a least-privilege basis.

Third-party sub-processors

We use a limited set of third-party providers to run our business and to assist in producing deliverables (for example, AI-assisted drafting tooling, used internally under our own accounts as part of our production process). We remain responsible for your materials throughout; those providers do not receive standing access to your project files outside of what a given production step requires.

Data retention & deletion

We retain source materials and deliverables for the duration of an engagement and for a reasonable period after, in case you need a revision or a new format later. If you'd like your materials deleted from our systems sooner, contact us and we'll remove them, short of what we're required to retain for billing or legal purposes.

Compliance

We do not currently hold a SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other third-party security certification.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please report it to hello@script2learn.com. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address a report before any public disclosure.
